周小英 副教授

个人简介

 周小英,男,凝聚态物理学博士,硕士研究生导师。2017年博士毕业于中国科学院半导体研究所,导师:常凯院士;2014年硕士毕业于十大信誉老品牌,导师:周光辉教授2011年本科毕业于十大信誉老品牌。主要从事低维介观纳米体系量子结构物理研究,目前研究兴趣集中在新型二维材料及其纳米结构光电性质。以第一(通讯)作者或合作者身份在 Nature Nanotechnology, Physical Review B, Physical Review Applied, Nano Letters, 2D Materials, Applied Physics Letters, Journal of Physics-Condensed Matter 等本领域主流期刊上发表论文十余篇,共被引500余次(数据源自Web of Science),单篇最高被引110余次。入选2018年度博士后创新人才支持计划,主持国家自然科学基金青年项目,湖南省自然科学基金面上项目及第65批博士后基金面上项目。现为国际知名期刊 Physical Review BNanotechnologyThe Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters 审稿人。
